    Now you know a little bit more about Child Labor, what can you possibly do to not encourage the "dark side" of Child Labor? As we already said, in your everyday life, while you may not know, you purchase lots of products that come from child labor -see What Is Child Labor to have a quick example of products and goods that are from Child Labor. Thereby, an easy way to fight against bad child labor is to be informed. 

    First, informed about the subject, then about the products you purchase. What does it mean? Look for labels such as "Fair Trade," "Rugmark,” "Goodweave,” or even simpler, labels from countries that simply forbid child labor or that has certain laws that makes child labor fair -e.g: Made In France, Made In Usa. How can you know which country does and which doesn't? Check out the list of the countries that signed the UN ILO convention N°182 -Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, 1999 (No.182). Also an other way to be informed about what you buy is directly asking questions to the seller such as "Where is this product from? How do you know your product is made from a fair trade?" etc...

    Although, being informed is good, but what about informing others? There are many ways of being active against worst child labor. From the easiest form like being informed, to a little bit more active by telling your friends about this issue, to being very active and being member of an association against worst child labor, which means participating or organizing events for the awareness of child labor, recruiting new members and so on...
